After the conclusion of the India tour of the West Indies, the 11th edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2023 is set to begin. The touring team, led by Rohit Sharma, will play 10 matches before the commencement of the CPL. The CPL organizers have been careful not to schedule the tournament at the same time as the Major League Cricket (MLC), which is launching in the United States. However, the MLC T20 tournament is set to take place from July 13th to July 30th, 2023, at the Grand Prairie Stadium. Moreover, in the CPL, every team will play against each other twice in the league stage of the tournament. Then, the top four teams on the points table will go through to the playoffs.
